Repair & Maintenance Service
We attach great importance to every customer who loves SLOW ROVER's jewellery and hope that the jewellery can be with you for a long time. The following are the after-sales repair and maintenance services we provide for the jewellery of different materials. If you have repair and maintenance needs, please feel free to contact us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Silver / Oxidised Silver Jewellery:
- Free repair and maintenance service in half-year with the warranty card： Please keep all the parts intact for repair or maintenance. If something is missing, there will be a repair charge.
- Free polish and silver oxidisation service in half-year with the warranty card.
- There will be a repair charge for the products beyond the warranty period. (The exact cost depends on the situation.)
- Gold plated jewellery:
- If the repair is without soldering and plating, it will be a free service in half-year with the warranty card.
- If the repair needs soldering and re-plating, it will cost a TWD.500~1000 repair charge. (The exact cost depends on the product.)
- There will be a repair charge for the products beyond the warranty period. (The exact cost depends on the situation.)
- We provide a professional jewellery polishing and re-plating service for our plated jewellery. Depending on the size of the product, the service fee starts at TWD.500. Please don't hesitate to contact us for further information if you need it.
- Non-metallic Material (Crystal, Gemstone, Glass, Pearl etc.) :
- Crystal, gemstone, glass, pearl and other non-metallic parts are not included in the half-year free repair service. If you need a repair, you're welcome to contact us to evaluate whether it can be repaired or not. (The repair price will be different based on materials)
＊The shipping fee of all repair services is responsible for the customers. Customers can send the jewellery with a return envelope or order the postage through the website.
維修保養服務
我們非常重視喜愛 SLOW ROVER 飾品的每一位顧客，也希望售出的首飾能長長久久的伴您左右，以下是我們針對不同材質的飾品所提供的售後維修服務，如果您有維修需求歡迎隨時聯繫客服，我們將盡力協助您處理。
- 純銀 / 純銀染黑商品：
- 憑保卡售出半年內免費維修與保養服務，請保持零件完整以便維修，如需耗材將酌收費用
- 憑保卡售出半年內免費拋光與補染黑服務
- 超過保固期之商品維修將視情況酌收工本費（具體費用依據損壞程度而定）
- 電鍍商品：
- 如維修不涉及焊接、電鍍部分（例如c圈鬆動等）則享有售出半年內免費維修服務
- 維修若涉及到商品斷裂需焊接後重新拋光電鍍，我們將收取 TWD.500~1000的電鍍費用
- 超過保固期之商品維修將視情況酌收工本費（具體費用依據損壞程度而定）
- 電鍍飾品使用後皆會有磨損及褪色現象，可不定期視情況進行拋光重鍍以維持飾品光澤，如需此項專業服務歡迎聯繫客服，費用為TWD.500起 (視產品款式、大小而定)
- 水晶、寶石、玻璃、珍珠等非金屬材質零件：
- 水晶、寶石、玻璃、珍珠等非金屬材質零件損壞不在半年內免費維修範圍內，如需維修請聯繫客服，我們將為您評估是否可以進行維修並根據不同材質提供報價
- 串珠商品斷裂重串維修請保持串珠零件完整以便維修，如需耗材將酌收費用
